6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Zendrawn does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once files have been downloaded or accessed.
However, if you experience technical issues with your files, please get in touch and reasonable assistance will be provided.
7. Download Access
Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their purchased files after purchase.
Zendrawn is not responsible for lost files due to:
