Step 1 — Choose Your Design

• Select your design sheet number

• Choose your tattoo number from the sheet

• Make a note of the recommended session length

Step 2 — Book Your Appointment

• Go to the booking page

• Select the tattoo session length that matches your chosen design

 

Step 3 — Complete the Booking Form

Please fill out the form with the following information:

​

• Design sheet number

• Tattoo number

• Desired size of tattoo

• Placement on the body​

 

Step 4 — Consent & Health Questions

​

• Read through all information carefully

• Answer all health and consent questions

• Sign the form to confirm your booking​
